Ingredients:
Pulled Pork
1 Granny Smith Apples
2 Jalapenos
1 Bell Pepper
1 Bunch Cilantro
3 Cloves of Garlic, diced and
soaked for 20 minutes in Rice
Vinegar
Rice Vinegar
Honey
Dice everything and mix it up.
*Optional: Add avocado and cotija/queso fresco
